License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") covers the software unreliablecode distributes to licence holders โ€” everything you unlock with a licence key, whether bought outright, redeemed from a voucher, issued through a reseller, or granted as a trial. It sits alongside the Terms of Service; where this document is more specific about licensing, it governs.

1. What this covers

This EULA applies to the licensed software packages published by unreliablecode and to the licence keys that activate them. It does not apply to:

  • community software published by other users in the App Store โ€” that carries whatever licence its author attached to it, and you deal with the author, not us;
  • open-source components bundled inside our software โ€” those keep their own licences, listed in the software's own notices file, and nothing here restricts rights those licences grant you;
  • the platform itself and its services, which are covered by the Terms of Service;
  • hosting products such as Cloud VPS, which are a service rather than a software licence.

Installing, activating or using the software means you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not install the software, and request a refund under the Billing & Refund Policy if you are within the eligible window.

2. The licence we grant you

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment in full, unreliablecode grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the licensed software, on the number of machines your licence permits, for the duration your licence specifies.

This is a licence to use, not a sale. Ownership of the software, and every copy of it, stays with unreliablecode and its licensors. You get the rights written here and no others.

A licence is tied to the unreliablecode account that holds it. Your licence, its key, its activation slots and its remaining duration are visible in your client panel.

3. Licence keys

A licence key is the credential that proves your entitlement. Treat it like a password:

  • Keep it private. Anyone holding your key can consume your activation slots. Keys leaked publicly are revoked when we detect them, and re-issue is at our discretion.
  • One key, one licensee. Do not share, publish, lend, rent, resell or bundle a key, except through the official reseller programme where you have been approved for it.
  • Vouchers and redeemed keys follow the same rules from the moment they are redeemed onto your account.
  • Keys obtained outside official channels โ€” generated, cracked, bought from an unauthorised reseller, or paid for with a reversed or fraudulent transaction โ€” are void, are revoked without refund, and may cost you the account.

4. Hardware activation (HWID)

Licensed software binds to the machines it runs on using a hardware identifier (HWID) โ€” a value derived from your system's hardware and recorded against your licence when you activate it.

  • Your licence includes a set number of HWID slots. The number is shown on the package and in your client panel. Activating on a machine consumes a slot.
  • You may request an additional or replacement HWID from your client panel. Requests are reviewed and approved manually, so allow time for one โ€” plan around a hardware change rather than being surprised by it.
  • A HWID may only be registered to one licence at a time.
  • Significant hardware changes โ€” motherboard, drive, or a fresh OS install โ€” can produce a new HWID and require a slot change. This is normal and not a fault of the software.
  • Cycling HWIDs to run the software on more machines than your licence permits is a breach of this EULA.

Activation and licence checks require an internet connection and contact our servers. Blocking, spoofing, proxying or patching those checks โ€” including running the software with the licensing endpoints redirected โ€” terminates the licence immediately.

5. Duration, renewal and updates

Licences are issued either for a fixed term (the duration shown on the package, running from the moment of purchase or redemption) or as lifetime licences.

"Lifetime" means for as long as unreliablecode continues to publish and operate that software package. It is not a promise that any particular product will be maintained forever. If we retire a package, lifetime licences for it end with it; we will give notice where we reasonably can.

A fixed-term licence stops working when it expires. Expiry is not a fault, and expired licences are not extended retroactively. Renew before the end date to avoid an interruption.

Updates, patches and new builds released for your package during your licence period are included and are covered by this EULA. Access to a new package, a major successor product, or an add-on sold separately is not included unless we say so explicitly.

6. What you may not do

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

  • copy the software except for one reasonable backup copy;
  • sell, rent, lease, lend, distribute, host as a service, or otherwise make the software available to third parties;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent the law expressly allows despite this restriction;
  • modify, patch, crack, repack or create derivative works from the software;
  • remove, alter or obscure copyright notices, branding, watermarks or licence checks;
  • defeat, bypass or tamper with activation, HWID binding, update checks or anti-tamper protection;
  • use the software to commit an offence, to attack systems you do not own, or in any way that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • use the software in a context where its failure could cause death, injury or serious environmental or financial harm. It is not built or certified for that.

7. Use with third-party systems

Where our software interacts with a third-party platform, game, service or API, that third party's terms apply to your use of their system, in addition to this EULA. You are responsible for checking that what you do with our software is permitted there.

Consequences on other platforms are yours. If a third-party service restricts, suspends, bans or takes action against your account, hardware or IP because of how you used software licensed from us, that is between you and that service. unreliablecode is not responsible for it, does not compensate for it, and it is not grounds for a refund.

8. Transfers and resale

Licences are not transferable. You may not sell, gift or move a licence to another person or account, and a licence does not pass with the sale of a computer.

Approved resellers may distribute keys minted through the reseller programme, on the terms of that programme. An end user who receives such a key redeems it onto their own account and becomes the licensee for it; the reseller holds no ongoing rights over it and must not use, activate or reclaim it.

If your circumstances genuinely require a transfer โ€” a company account restructuring, for instance โ€” ask through a support ticket. Transfers are granted at our discretion and are never automatic.

9. Suspension and revocation

We may suspend or revoke a licence, with immediate effect and without refund, if:

  • you breach this EULA โ€” in particular the restrictions in section 6 or the key rules in section 3;
  • the payment behind the licence is reversed, charged back or found fraudulent;
  • the key was obtained through an unauthorised channel or was already void;
  • the licence is being used to break the law or the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • we are required to revoke it by law or by a rights holder with a valid claim.

On revocation you must stop using the software and delete every copy of it. Revocation of one licence may, where the breach is serious, be accompanied by suspension of the unreliablecode account under the Terms of Service.

If you believe a revocation was a mistake, open a support ticket โ€” we will look at the activation and payment records and restore the licence if the evidence supports it.

10. Support

Support for licensed software is provided through support tickets and, informally, in the community channels. A ticket gets you a record and a response; community channels get you speed and other users' experience.

Support covers installation, activation, HWID slots, licence status and defects in the software as shipped. It does not cover modified builds, unsupported environments, or problems caused by third-party software on your machine. We do not commit to a specific response time unless your package states one.

11. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided "as is", with all faults, and without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, unreliablecode disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You accept that no software is free of defects, that you are responsible for evaluating whether it suits your purposes, and that you will keep backups of anything it touches.

Where mandatory consumer law gives you a warranty that cannot be excluded, that warranty applies and this section does not reduce it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, unreliablecode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the software, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, hardware damage, or action taken against you on a third-party platform.

Our total liability relating to a licence is capped at the amount you paid for that licence. Where a licence was free, redeemed from a voucher or granted as a trial, that cap is zero.

These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA for future releases and future purchases. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes are announced before they take effect.

For a licence you already hold, a change applies from the next update you install or the next renewal, whichever comes first. If you do not accept the new terms, stop using the software and do not renew; where the change materially reduces a licence you are currently paying for, the Billing & Refund Policy covers the unused portion.

14. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and is subject to the dispute provisions in section 15 of the Terms of Service. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply to you.

Questions about this document

Anything specific to your account, an invoice or a takedown request should go through a support ticket so it is on the record and reaches someone who can act on it. General questions are fine in the community channels.

This site renders an animated background and a real-time glass interface. On mobile hardware this is demanding and may cause reduced frame rates, heat or faster battery drain. A device with a Snapdragon 888-class chipset or newer (or an equivalent from another vendor) is recommended for the full experience.

On lower-powered devices, switch the background to None (flat) โ€” this disables the animation and the glass effects for a noticeably lighter interface. You can change it at any time from the background button in the lower-left corner of the screen.
