In modern Unreal Engine multiplayer games, player state data (Health, MaxHealth, Armor, Team) is separated from the physical pawn mesh:

  1. From AActor, read PlayerState at offset 0x298 (or 0x3B8).
  2. From PlayerState, read DamageHandlerComponent at offset 0x9E0.
  3. In DamageHandlerComponent:
    • m_currentHealth (float at offset 0x1B0)
    • m_currentShield (float at offset 0x1C0)
    • m_maxHealth (float at offset 0x1B4)

Allows drawing precise percentage health bars above enemy heads in external ESP.

DamageHandler component pointer chain is solid. Verified across recent UE builds.

Rendered with green-to-red color gradient based on health percentage. Looks super clean.
