Setting up an RP2040 microcontroller with TinyUSB for undetectable hardware mouse emulation:

  • Flash custom USB descriptors spoofing standard Logitech G Pro X Superlight (idVendor = 0x046D, idProduct = 0xC08B).
  • Enable USB High-Speed endpoint polling (1,000Hz / 1ms report intervals).
  • PC sends target relative mouse delta via high-speed UART / Serial at 921,600 baud.
  • RP2040 receives packet and injects hardware USB HID report packet onto host PC.

Zero software hooks or drivers on the primary gaming PC!

Hardware HID emulation via RP2040 is completely undetectable by software kernel drivers because the OS sees a real hardware USB mouse.

Latency is under 0.2ms over 921,600 baud serial.
