To check if someone is spectating your POV in Apex:

1. Iterate entity list from 0 to 64.
2. For each player entity, check if m_lifeState != 0 (player is dead).
3. Read m_hObserverTarget handle from observer services.
4. If target handle matches your LocalPlayer entity handle, increment spectator counter.

A must-have feature for toggling smoothing/legit settings whenever an enemy spectator is watching your gameplay.

Works in both Battle Royale and Mixtape modes.
